A star-studded benefit concert to celebrate Ioan Holender’s farewell after 19 years as the director of one of the world’s leading and most famous opera houses. The program incorporates an impressive musical review of the Holender era from 1991 to 2010, presenting excerpts from 40 of the 93 premieres, in many cases performed by members of the original cast, but also screening parts of the original productions.
